balls and grooves get damaged, it runs more heavily and produces running noises.

Not available on the free market, we have now manufactured it in this dimension for a precise fit and a hardness of shore 70. This hardness enables optimal sealing with low rotational resistance at the same time.

Installation is easy without removing the motor and is explained in this instruction and in this video.

- Remove the crank
- Remove retaining ring
- Clean the seal area
- Grease seal
- Insert seal with auxiliary pin
- Grease seal on top
- Insert stainless steel washer
- Insert retaining ring
- Mount the crank

Technical Data:

- Shaft seal/simmer ring 21.5 x 32.5 x 7 mm
- Material: NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) resistant to diesel, alcohols, oils, petrol, grease, hot water. 
- Hardness: Shore 70
- Type TC (double lip)  or  Type SC (single lip)
- Copper cable and  a small O-Ring  (mounting support)

Oil Seal Options:
Available as double lip or single lip
Double lip = optimum sealing, normal friction
Single lip = Normal sealing, optimal friction
