We program the circuit board with the parameters that suit you:
- Wheel circumference of the rear wheel
- derailleur gears / hub gears / DI2 / Rohloff /etc.
- Gear ratio (min. / max.)
- Light function (incl. the desired battery reserve)
- Frame number (optional)
- Key number (optional)


Frequently asked questions about this product:

- Why is the rotor of the electric motor included?
A ferrite magnet is pressed onto the rotor shaft and its position is evaluated by the electronics. This allows the electronics to “know” how the rotor is currently positioned in relation to the stator and can then control the stator coils accordingly. The magnet of the rotor shaft is calibrated during the production process of the eBike motor and the calibration value is stored in the electronics. This means that the rotor and control board are “married” from this point on and must not be separated afterwards. It is therefore not possible to replace either just the rotor or just the control board - in the worst case, the electric motor will then turn backwards.

- My eBike has an eShift configuration, is this circuit board compatible?
Yes, we program the circuit board to match your eBike configuration.

- Do I need special tools to replace the rotor?
No, you can pull the rotor out of the motor housing with some effort, but you should wear protective gloves as it has sharp edges.

- I currently have an Active Line motor (40Nm), can I install the Active Line Plus PCB (50Nm)?
No, this is not possible, the rotor is different.

- Which grease should I use for relubricating the plastic gearwheel?
Please do not use regular bearing grease - in our experience, this can lead to material changes in the POM plastic (plasticizer).
