Scope of delivery:
- 1 piece needle bearing for the central toothed wheel.
This needle bearing is pressed into the central gear wheel and guides this on the crankshaft.
The installation position can be seen here:
Assembly steps:
- Dismantle the engine pinion
- Remove engine
- Clean engine
- Remove engine cover
- Pull out central gear from aluminium hub
- Document position / offset of old needle bearing
- Press out old needle bearing
- Grease new needle bearing
- Press in new needle bearing as documented
