Sprag Freewheel / Sprag clutch bearing Grease in Doctor Syringe
High performance grease for sprag freewheels and needle bearings.
Application
Can
be used in a wide range of applications as it offers significant
advantages over conventional lithium greases especially in the presence
of moisture. We recommend this grease for our sprag freewheels / sprag
clutch bearings as it meets their high requirements and we have had very
good experience using it. The sprag freewheels require a grease that is
as fluid as possible so that the clutch elements can work properly and
do not stick. At the same time, the grease must remain permanently in
place. Difficult requirements that this grease meets without compromise.
The filling quantity of the syringe is sufficient for the lubrication
of 6-8 sprag freewheels. If possible, fill the sprag freewheels with
approx. 30% (volume) to ensure optimum function.
- Supplied in doctor's syringe, which enables precise dosing.
- Suitable for long-term lubrication due to low oil evaporation
- Optimum coefficient of friction & high load carrying capacity
- Compatible with most plastics and elastomers
