We exchange for you broken bearings/gears,etc. of your BOSCH ebike motor.
Error code 500, error code 503, error code 504, error code 510 ?
We usually ae able to repair this - a replacement engine is often not necessary.

NOTE: Repair only available by prior appointment.

Procedure:

- You remove your motor from your Bike yourself and send it to us as a DHL parcel

- We mount your motor into a Test-eBike to get a total overview of the damage

- We clean your motor and then open it professionally

- We inspect the condition of the motor components

- We discuss with you whether and what needs to be changed or should be changed

- We change the corresponding components

- We mount your motor into a Test-eBike to carry out a functional test

- We prepare an electronic diagnostic report of the motorand optionally upgrade the firmware/adjust mototr parameter.

- We send the repaired engine as well as all changed parts back to you
