Not available on the free market, we have now manufactured it in this dimension for a precise fit and a hardness of shore 70. This hardness enables optimal sealing with low rotational resistance at the same time.

Installation is easy without removing the motor and is explained in this instruction and  this video.

- Remove the crank
- Remove retaining ring
- Clean the seal area
- Grease seal
- Insert seal with auxiliary pin
- Insert retaining ring
- Mount the crank

The also included MudStop cover fits behind the front sprocket providing excellent protection for the main motor bearing in the Bosch Active and Performance Line / CX motors.

The MudStop cover fully shields the main motor bearing and fits over the outside of the right hand motor cover, making an effective barrier against mud, dust, grit and water. This can effectively prolong the life of the main motor bearing.
