We exchange for you a broken bearing or gear of your BOSCH Classic eBike motor.
NOTE: Repair only available by prior appointment.
Procedure:
- You remove your motor from your Bike yourself and send it to us as a DHL parcel
- We mount your motor into a Test-eBike to get a total overview of the damage
- We clean your motor and then open it professionally
- We inspect the condition of the motor components
- We discuss with you whether and what needs to be changed or should be changed
- We change the corresponding components
- We mount your motor into a Test-eBike to carry out a functional test
- We prepare an electronic diagnostic report of the motor and optionally upgrade the firmware.
- We send the repaired motor as well as all changed parts back to you
